A new guided meditation and stress reduction class each month on YouTube (approx. 50 min.)

This month we are pleased to share more of our tried-and-true techniques for easing anxiety in stressful situations. We’ve all been there! We named this episode “Unwinding the Spiral”, and featured some simple techniques inspired by reiki, more energy healing and acupressure points to promote calm, and of course a beautiful guided meditation with singing bowl sounds.
